Brighters Cleaning Case Study
Jenny (names changed for confidentiality reasons) got in touch with Brighters Cambridge Domestic Cleaners when she needed a home cleaner to take over the housework after her partner, Sebastian, was diagnosed with a medical condition.
An appointment was made to see Jenny at her home to discuss her cleaning requirements. She told us they needed a local home cleaner who was caring and who would understand that if, for any reason, the cleaner was unwell the clean would have to be cancelled to avoid the risk of passing this on to her partner.
Jenny told us she’d advertised for a local cleaner but had had a very poor response. Only one person seemed to fit her needs but it became clear that she had another job which would have taken priority. An alternative option she had investigated was a national cleaning company, although she was impressed with them they were part of a large organisation and she was concerned that the service would not be flexible enough for her needs.

Being a local company we were able to visit her the same day and we also introduced her to a regular local home cleaner who was able to start the following week.
After the first house clean Jenny contacted us to say how well it had gone. Later, after Sebastian’s recuperation, Jenny and Sebastian found the service had been so beneficial they remained with Brighters.
It was important to us to ensure that Jenny was free from any concerns with her domestic cleaning. We were glad to be able to provide support.
